Return & Refund Policy 

At MK Avenue, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, please review the following return and refund guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most unused and unopened items. To be eligible:

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an order number or confirmation email) is required

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as pet food, treats, grooming tools, or personalized products are non-returnable.

2. Return Instructions

To request a return, send an email with your order number and reason for return. If the request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. If another product is needed, a new order should be placed after the original item is returned and refunded.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In case an order arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, notify us within 3 days of delivery. A replacement or full refund will be arranged after verification.

6. Refund Delays

If a refund has not been received after the stated timeframe:

  • Check with your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary
  • If needed, follow up using the same email used for your purchase
